Good morning, how are we all doing? Me, well I am still suffering with arthritic pain in both my knees. The pain is so bad I just want to cry.

Anyway here are this weeks facts…………….

    So sorry for your knee pain.
    I was bragging that my mid back pain let go but this past week it started nagging me again.
    Guess due to some rainy weather again as moisture does act negatively.
    Are you not using any Turmeric capsules? They really do help and it is natural.
