5JEANNIE’S BIRTHDAY

I had a good night, I got up at 4.50am, the temp is 11c or 52f. I am feeling good.

Tim went to help a workmate with something this morning he was gone around 4hrs.

Tim found a small screw in one of the tyres, he was able to remove it and plug the hole and pump it up.

It has been a cool, dry day.

I have a rough afternoon Parkinson’s wise and found myself in bed at 5.40pm I slept till 7.50pm when I got up for an hour or so.

I was up and down during the night but manage to sleep till the alarm went off. Tim’s school has gone back, so he was up and gone by 5.30am after he left, I went and had a shower.

It was 11c or 52f

As I was getting ready for my walk I fell over, I twisted my left foot and fell on my left side I did not hit my head, but my left elbow and knee are sore.

Had an appointment with Dr Babu my neurologist via telehealth aka video all is good no change to medication, I will see her face to face in 6 months.

Tim rang at 5pm to let me know he would be late as he now is doing rail and will be hone around 10.30 – 11pm.

 Had a good night slept through till 3.35am when I got up to pee, went straight back to sleep for an hour when I decided to get up.

It was 10c or 50f at 5am but warmed up during the day by 1pm it was 18c or 65f.

Sandy come over to pick up her divorce paperwork and was telling me how she had a fall and half a fall by that I mean them second time she was taking the bin out and because it was behind her when her feet slipped out from under her the bin prevented her from falling, earlier in the day she had the same thing happen her feet slipped on then wet grass and she fell backwards. She also told me how she was in a lot of pain and could barely move. I asked if she had seen a Dr she hadn’t so I told her she needs to see one. Which she did and has been sent for a CT scan, I am waiting to hear what that shows.

I slept well had a good 9hrs & 30 minutes getting up at 5am when the alarm went   off, I am not feeling that crash hot this morning. I don’t think I will go for a walk, but I will see how I feel around 7am.’

It was only 8c or 46f at 5am but dropped to 6c by 6.30am.

I tried twice to lay down and have a nap and both times I had someone knock at the door.

I am feeling extremely tired and generally not well I will go to bed early.

I slept straight through the night waking only once to pee after which I went straight back to sleep.

I did a load of washing and hung it up to dry before getting ready to go shopping. So, no walk this morning.

Around 4.30pm I started to feel extremely tired again, Tasha came and helped me get ready for bed and I lay down and slept for an hour after which I felt better.

I got up for a little while but will be going back to bed soon.

I had a good night but have been up since 4.10am, it is only 6c or 43f.

No breakie this morning as I have to go and have a fasting blood test when pathology opens. I also have to have the Xray done of my right knee.

Had blood taken and Xray done and home by 8.10am.

Had a good day for the most part there was a while around 5pm that I didn’t feel good but by 6.30pm I was feeling good.

MICHEAL’S BIRTHDAY (son in-law)

I slept well but was up at 4am as I have a lot of pain in my left shoulder and upper arm.

It is a cold morning with a temp of only 3c or 37f.

I walked down the road and posted my letters.

Tim left for work at 9.15am he should be home by 10pm.

Sandy came over to scan more documents concerning her divorce.
